Colin Baldy

Colin Baldy è cantante lirico (baritono), organista, direttore di coro e preparatore vocale - ruolo che ha svolto per undici anni per il prestigioso coro del New College di Oxford. Si è interessato in particolar modo dei problemi della preparazione delle voci bianche. Membro della Royal School for Church Music, è autore del testo di tecnica vocale Voice for Life - Program Five.
Il Maestro Baldy, per il corso europeo per Direttore di coro di Musica Sacra, ha tenuto a Stroncone dal 28 maggio al 4 giugno e dal 10 al 16 luglio il corso: Coralità infantile: impostazione della “voce bianca” e direzione corale - a cui hanno partecipato circa 150 bambini quale coro laboratorio.
A partire dalla Pasqua 2001, ha tenuto diversi periodi di studio intensivo per i bambini entrati a far parte del coro dei Piccoli Romei di San Michele Arcangelo.
